The Bible.

If it doesn't convert you to atheism after reading it thoroughly and with an open mind, I don't know what will.
Christianity: The belief that a cosmic Jewish Zombie who was his own father can make you live forever if you symbolically eat his flesh and telepathically tell him you accept him as your master, so he can remove an evil force from your soul that is present in humanity because a rib-woman was convinced by a talking snake to eat from a magical tree...

Im on the last chapter of Misquoting Jesus now, what more does he have to say in Jesus interrupted? I also have Gods Problem by Ehrman sitting on the shelf any thoughts on that one? I am pretty excited to get started on climbing mount improbable but it wont be in until sometime next week.

He doesn't spend half the book discussing the methodology for textual criticism which gives him a lot more time to dissect xtian bullshit.

Any book of fairy tales which is treated as literal fact by its followers is likely to lead you to become an atheist or agnostic if you aren't one already.

It isn't a book on atheism per se, but rather a journey towards atheism and critcisms of religion in general. I'd recommend Ayaan Hirsi Ali's Infidel. Great read.
