This Was A Message To Bernie
#31
The fuck is this...???

210,576 to 205,576...

the media bias is all to real...
Not to mention the scummy stuff they are saying today. They said that Hillary won the nomination when
i hope that back fires on them because the voting doesn't get counted until tonight.
Also some other things people are getting legal action done because of vote fraud.

I don't think they will do so beforehand, in order to avoid the appearance of political machinations; they most likely won't indict after inauguration, given that Clinton will herself be at the top of that chain of command.

So, basically, what you're going to have is a wounded candidate limping into the presidential election. If Clinton wins it will be four years of scandal. So you have a Republican president either in November or in 2020.

... and so it goes. A Republican replaced her husband after his trial ... the country's still here, I'm still working, brown people are still getting bombed. You tell me what the difference will be.

He who pays the piper calls the tune. Your boy Trump is not immune, given his recent announcement that he'll need help from the RNC to finance his campaign despite promising voters that he isn't bought. You seem to think he can and will bite the hands that feed him Why is that? What is the basis for you assuming his independent action will be effective?

If you think I support Trump or am a Republican then I don't know what to say. I actually think it's quite insulting that you would even suggest that. I hope Trump brings down the Republican Party, as Clinton may do with the Democratic Party. They are both rotten to the core.

Nope, and it's now mathematically impossible for her to get the nomination with pledged delegates alone. As I predicted, she will fall short. She currently has (as per Google's latest count) 2,184 pledged delegates. There are 158 still available. Even if she were to win 100% of those, her final pledged delegate count will be 2,342, which is 41 delegates short of the nomination.

Bernie's still in the race, so this will in all likelihood head to the convention, where Clinton will be nominated by her superdelegates.

The convention where Bernie will magically sway the super delegates to ignore the will of the voters (Clinton has 55% of the popular vote) and go for him.
I'm not anti-Christian. I'm anti-stupid.

As I've said before, this election demonstrates that pretty much anything can happen. You have a race between a racist billionaire whom nobody expected to even get this far, an establishment Democrat under investigation by the FBI, and a self-described democratic socialist who despite all the odds has managed to prevent Clinton from clinching the nomination.

It's bizarre, and at this point although it's incredibly likely that Clinton will get the nomination, I don't think anyone can honestly say with 100% certainty that she will. It all depends on what happens with the FBI, and how the DNC react. If the DNC think they can run with a nominee who has been indicted and still win, then Clinton will get the nomination.

My apologies, then; I was under the impression you supported him at one level or another. It wasn't intended as an insult; I'm much more direct than this when I wish to lay offense.

I listened to Sanders' speech last night.  He was a man who had just been crushed still seeking relevancy.  He does admit that Drumpf must be defeated and at some point he will have to tell his followers to vote for Clinton.  He wants to keep the "movement" going.  That's a pipe dream.  If Progressives want to be a force then they must do what the Religious Right did to the republicunts.  Join in overwhelming numbers and remake the party in their own image.  I don't have enough faith in the Millenials' staying power to actually do that.

I'm sure the republicans will highlight this recording in the presidential election:
(So much for Hilary being for women's rights). Snopes has an article about the Hillary Clinton Rape Defense Meme.

Quote:The audio of the tapes was difficult to hear, but her replies appeared on screen in yellow text. The only context provided was that the discussion was part of a series of interviews in the 1980s with a journalist named Roy Reed. In one portion, Clinton described the case as terrible, and that it had forever destroyed her confidence in polygraph testing.  Immediately afterwards, Clinton was described as "laughing," but the laughter was in apparent response to what she believed was unreliable polygraphs:
