This observation is made in the spirit of friendly discourse and is in no way being applied to any AF member.  Hence, my observation is simply an acknowledgment of my own shortcomings. 

Can I just say, and I'm just being honest, whenever I make judgements about others or villianize them, I find that I can often diffuse those potentially unpleasant experiences by considering how I could be perceived in the exact same way.  For example, if I encounter a potential a-hole customer, then immediately acknowledging the possibility that I could be just another a-hole sales person, knocks my self-importance on its rear end and re-acquaints me with reality: I'm not the center of the universe. Hence, by acknowledging my imperfections, it allows me to connect with others even when they are giving me reason not to.
