Rob I've just watched your M.E. video and I'm so sad that happened to you... love you bud I didn't know anything about M.E. until I saw that. You said it can be misdiagnosed... and that it's a last resort - 'wastebasket' diagnosis? I know after ten years you've probably done every test there is, but just in case I'd just thought I'd tell you that my sister started feeling tired all the time, and it was first attributed to stress but then didn't go even when her stress reduced. It turned out to be an iron deficiency, brought on mainly by the fact that she was a vegetarian. Given how you feel about animals I'd guess that you're a vegetarian too, so I thought I'd mention this just in case it was something you hadn't looked at. This iron deficiency thing has been going on for months so unlike most illnesses, this doesn't have a quick fix... it takes months for iron levels to go back up even with the right diet and rest... because it's all about waiting for the blood cells to replace and that takes months.

You're right, I'm a vegan so I take great care to make sure I'm getting everything I need.

I have indeed done every test under the sun, including iron. But it's a great suggestion, I appreciate it I've been tested for every possible deficiency and I'm solid in that regard. It remains a mystery.
