I agree that it looks like Trump is going down in flames and possibly dragging much of rest of the party with him, but I'm leery of over-confidence. The only people who can rival the GOP at fucking up the proverbial cup of coffee are the Democrats, and Hillary is no Bill or Barack.

I'm worried Trump will get arrested and the GOP will have Paul Ryan step in to take over the GOP nomination. That would seem to be a more plausible path to victory for them.

What would happen if Trump's name were left on the ballot and he got elected anyways? Couldn't the Repubs pump that option?
Wouldn't Pence get in? To me, that's worse than Trump.
