I don't know about "proof", but there's strong evidence that they did, according to Wired.

You're never going to see it, even if we had it.  No one will..because it's release would identify the source.....which would itself be the product of espionage...and we';d rather have whomever or whatever we have in place, in place..and clandestinely collecting data....while -also- availing ourselves of the just-as-effective accusation and suspicion.

You know, when it comes to espionage, I'm as tinfoily as can be. Imagine the worst and add some. That's business as usual. But I'm a democrat when it comes to it, since I assume everybody is doing it. There are no good and bad parties involved, since they all are as shitty as can be.

If you need something to be hacked/cracked, you hire Russians to do it. The most of the cracking groups are Russian. But if you don't play cracked games, you couldn't know that.
