If I wanna become a smart person I gotta get out my emotions first.

The thing is when I wanna cry I can't.

I've posted a thread like this before but I want to be more specific.

So It'd be nice if one of you can tell me how.

You mean, like on purpose? Not sure what purpose that would serve.

Personally, I find when I allow myself to allow deeply guarded feelings to bubble up too the surface, the tears come all on their own.

It helps me get over things.

The tears are the hard part because it helps me feel something. Idk why but it does.

Even if I try it usually doesn't work.

No doubt on the efficacy of tears... I just couldn't say how, because it seems pretty automatic to me.

Taking a kick to the junk might be reliable though.
