If you don't feel it, take some acting lessons. Either you've got no empathy or feelings or you're just trolling.

No, it didn't matter. I remember in school, during a domestic science lecture me and my friend were cutting onions, his eyes were red and teary, but the same onions had no effect on me. 

Just remember to call me when the onions take over the world.

I never had that problem either. I always put the freshly sliced up close to my nose, since I love the smell as an appertiser. Never once cried over that.

Er... if you cut onions under cold running water (over a strainer, of course to catch the onion bits), you won't have the onion assault your senses.

True story. I always cut onions under cold running water.
