Supernatural Evidence?
RE: Supernatural Evidence?

Taking that stance will leave you inlcined to be open to the supernatural, as the very idea of God implies supernatural. This isn't a 'GOTCHA' question, i have a following proposition.

So, are you open to supernatural evidence?

I am open to the possibility of illogical entities. It just means that, in spite of defying logic, they do exist. The real question is what kind of evidence can you show me that such illogical entities (or events) exist?

First of all, I don't know what you're basing that assumption on.

Secondly do you really want to have this discussion?

That is the narrative of all the Abrahamics.

You're claiming the Abrahamics don't have a good vs. evil narrative?

No, I'm saying you're wrong about the universe being created for that specific purpose.

I don't just lack a belief in the existence of a god, I actually believe that a god cannot exist. For many reasons. That is, a god as thought of by most people.

I see the thread has ran to 15 pages so far so I am sure someone has asked you what exactly is supernatural evidence. If it's part of reality then it's not supernatural, it's natural.

If by supernatural you mean evidence not yet explained by our current understanding of nature then how is that different from standard scientific enquiry?

So supernatural by definition basically means fantasy. In which case it can't be used as evidence.

As you say, the very idea of God implies supernatural, i.e. fantasy.

But yes I'm glad that you are now asking for evidence. Definitely a step in the right direction towards becoming an atheist.

RE: Supernatural Evidence?
If that were so why would it be destroyed at the conclusion of the battle of good vs. evil?

That's in reference to the earth, (which was corrupted btw) not the universe. Even then the earth isn't destroyed; it's purged.

So the Apocalypse isn't the Apocalypse?
