The WIN/Gallup End of Year Survey 2013 found the US was perceived to be the greatest threat to world peace by a huge margin, with 24% of respondents fearful of the US followed by: 8% for Pakistan, and 6% for China. Unless she's specifically condoning anorexia or other eating disorders, I don't see any reason to ban her from Youtube. Not any more than a morbidly obese person making videos.
In case you didn't know this about me, I really, really hate the idea of "I don't like that, therefore it should be banned!" Just like the vacuous talk radio host who asked callers "If you could take one TV show off the air, which one would it be?" You know, TV's have an off switch, and Youtube doesn't force people to watch videos made by extremely thin people.
