Voted this morning. Johnson! These are the two worst major party candidates since Nixon / Humphries in '68. Yes! Even worse than Bush Sr. vs. Dukakis in '88 ! We are in an existential crisis! Much like our ability to compete in the global market. Total lack of imagination and "good old American know how"! We are so lame today. Kick it up a notch or two!

I know, people are already butthurt before it's even happened. If she's elected Hillary would be the first president elect to be under a criminal investigation. She's the most corrupt candidate to ever run for the office...

Uh-huh.... and your solution was to vote for that asshole, Johnson? Come in, Gary Johnson is far less of an asshole than Hilary or Donald. He's less dangerous and far more palatable. He's far from perfect but he seems like a nice man. If I was living in the State of New Mexico I'd vote for him, seeing as if either Donald or Hilary make it to 270 Congress might give it to him. Heck, even Evan McMullen seems nicer than Donald or Hilary and if he won Utah maybe house Republicans would give it to him.
Hilary and Donald shouldn't be running for president frankly. What are Hilary's foreign policy achievements as Secretary of state? Has she made the world a safer place? The bombing and turn collapse into chaos of Libya has clearly made the world less safe.

Good for you! Like Jill Stein he's a breath of fresh air in such a putrid election. It baffles me why people keep voting for corruption politicians. As George Orwell said people who voted for corrupt politicians, are accomplices, not victims.

My state doesn't allow write-in votes for President (Yay, democracy! Yay, choice!). If it did, I'd write in Elizabeth Warren -- the person I had hoped would run all along.
I suppose it doesn't really matter. My vote will be more anti-Trump than pro-anything else, and who I vote for will be determined by the state polls the day before Election Day, as I've mentioned several times in other threads. If a vote for Hillary will do no good, I will vote for whichever candidate/party can do the most damage (granted, in the long, long term) to the GOP.
I miss living in a swing state. At least in Nevada, I had the illusion that my vote might make a difference. But Louisiana? Fat fucking chance.

This is what the GOP set up, and this is why Trump is where he is at. Because of decades of racist bullshit by the right. Trump has insulted immigrants and African Americans, this is whom he panders to https://www.washingtonpost.com/news/post...president/

No there is no chance of a electoral college tie This will not be 2000 Hillary is far closer to 270 and is leading in the majority of swing states
There *is* a chance, it's just very small.
FiveThirtyEight puts the chance of a tie at 0.5%, and the chance that nobody gets 270 votes at 1.1% because of McMullin's polls in Utah.
