I've had the same guy cut my hair for a few years now. It just works better, he knows how I want it, he's quick, and since I'm a good tipper, he looks forward to seeing me. He's in a franchise place, and sometimes I might have to wait a bit, and even when someone else is available, I willingly wait. He has a sharp memory, I go in every 2 months or so and he resumes the conversation right where we left off the time before.
