Wow, congrats Judi!!!
"Of course, everyone will claim they respect someone who tries to speak the truth, but in reality, this is a rare quality. Most respect those who speak truths they agree with, and their respect for the speaking only extends as far as their realm of personal agreement. It is less common, almost to the point of becoming a saintly virtue, that someone truly respects and loves the truth seeker, even when their conclusions differ wildly."

Proof of the big leap. Me with the envelope in my hands, standing at the mailbox. It was dropped in there shortly after this pic was taken Big Grin

I'm glad you don't use a straight razor because that means you don't discriminate against gay razors.

Great job Nym! Happy for you.

I've had the same guy cut my hair for a few years now. It just works better, he knows how I want it, he's quick, and since I'm a good tipper, he looks forward to seeing me.

He's in a franchise place, and sometimes I might have to wait a bit, and even when someone else is available, I willingly wait.

He has a sharp memory, I go in every 2 months or so and he resumes the conversation right where we left off the time before.

My dad does my hair now... cos it's just a number whatever all over... but the last thing I talked about with my long time barber before I stopped going was that I was going to be dancing in drag at a charity event. My barber was happily taking the piss and all the other customers thanked me for the free entertainment Big Grin
