Have we asked theists what they'd do if their kids turned out like us?

Poll: If the teenaged child you'd raised to hold the same religious views as yourself came to you and said they no longer shared those beliefs, how would you handle it?

Currently facing this possibility with my step-daughter (12).
Raised an atheist by her mother but has recently started attending a group run by Mormons.
She thinks she can handle it and from a logic stand-point she can more than hold her own against the missionaries, however she doesn't recognise the emotional hooks which is causing concern.
