It's funny that theists think it's completely ok to go around knocking on people's doors and babble on about their baseless assertions, but if an atheist goes about and speak of their lack of belief, it's wrong?!

Presumably, they think it's okay for them to do it so they can 'save' people. In my book, 'saving' is more like pulling someone out of a river when they're drowning, not pissing them off by preaching pie-in-the-sky crap, when they could be inside doing something constructive, like desecrating sacred objects, or watching porn.

Besides, we do have a right to preach. There is no god, and we are his prophets.

Sounds to me like we should stop being so pushy with our beliefs.

This is funny since it is coming from the same pain in the ass organization that comes knocking at your door at 7 or 8 a.m. or stand at the turnstiles at the train station trying to push their bullshit fables on anyone stupid enough to give them the time of day. They are not even considered Christians by mainstream Christianity but either way they are the branch of belief that I despise most. To all of "Jehovah's Witnesses" what are you witnesses to ? Your name doesn't even make sense unless you were present with Moses or walked with Jesus you are a witness to shit!

I just read the articles relative to atheism, nothing new there the same old tired arguments presented by theists that the fact that there are laws and apparent design in the universe implies that there must be a designer. Guess who that designer is: Yup you guessed it, God!!

On top of that they quote a scientist from Prague who could not contain himself and take a jab at traditional Christianities views on the bible: "Traditional Christianity actually has little in common with the bible" and here is the funniest quote yet "The Bible, though not a science book, actually harmonizes with true science". What a simplistic bufoon note he is also a JW himself.

There are many exceptions where Witnesses deviate from historical conservative Christianity:
They do not believe in the Trinity. Instead, they follow a strict monotheism, in which:

Jesus is the son of God, the first created being, who is separate from Jehovah. Christ is believed to have originally existed in a pre-human state as the Archangel Michael. He later took human form as a man like any other person, except that he was sinless at birth and remained so through life. After his execution, Christ was resurrected as an invisible, non-material, glorious spirit creature. He was enthroned by Jehovah as King and ruler over all creation, and "given all authority in heaven and on earth."
