At the age of eight, I got for Christmas, along with my first boombox, my first cassette tapes: Wham's "Make it Big" and Cyndi Lauper's "She's So Unusual". I listened to them so much, I wore out them out and had to replace each of the tapes a bunch of times.
I am so fucking sad. 2016 is as notable as the 27 Club.
