If it's popular? Milo started speaking against feminism from a time when it was largely mainstream and widely unpopular to speak against. Plus, I don't hold it against him for being a former liberal. Seeing how crazy liberals have become in the recent past, it's like going from Christian to atheist. If he switch his position again you'll have a valid point.
