Look I'm not sure where white people getting the idea anyone wants them to feel guilty. Maybe you need to look at what you're doing and saying because no one can force you to feel guilty. Go read Tim Wise's White Like Me or something. One thing I've learned is white will hear what they want to hear and see what they want to see. Unless they want to listen I can't do anything to make them.

An argument against it being racist could be that calling it black food doesn't imply superiority or inferiority of any particular race at all.

Unless the context was something like "Black food is inferior."

Also it doesn't matter if every single black person likes a type of food or not.  Every single dish that we would call Chinese food probably isn't enjoyed by every single one of the millions of Chinese people in the world but it's just describing food that's associated with a specific culture.

Although I would accept the point that there are so many different black cultures and that is what would make calling a certain type of food "Black food." a bit odd. But still even that isn't such a good point because there's lots of different chinese cultures.
