In that sense, yeh I do get your point. But as far as racism goes I still see no implication of superiority or inferiority in associating specific foods with certain races or nationalities.

Unless it's obviously meant to insult, like saying all Koreans eat dogs, or Americans are fat.

I'm sorry I don't buy into inferiority theory of racism yes it an type of racism . But i also consider the notion of such association as racist as it is an untrue stereotype that said food is quote on quote black which it's not.

Just as I consider the idea that all Jews are rich is bigoted despite the lack of an implication of inferiority or superiority it just simply is not true .

But I do get where your coming from
