Getting out of the UN would be an opening position.

Presumably some UN poobah will shit out a counter offer of some sorts and then we'll see how the US responds.


I'd think getting some hard core Islam types off of various human and women's rights UN committees and bureaus might be an interesting development.  UN taking responsibility for it's spreading of cholera (or whatever it was) in Haiti would be another item to put on the table. 

LOL, throwing NYC a bone and paying diplomats parking citations (what are they up to now, a billion clams or so?) might fly. 

Prosecuting rapists and child molesters in the UN Peacekeeping forces would be a no brainer for the UN to capitulate on. 


Hell, I bet the UN overhead and administrative redundancy, waste, redundancy, fraud, redundancy, abuse, redundancy theft and redundancy could be cut substantially, and there's no reason not too.
