I'm for it, but feel like staff (any staff) would get bored enforcing it. So, I don't care so much.

Spamming and trolling are generally forbidden on message boards and I think click-bait comes under the same category. It's a negative behavior that adversely affects the experience.
Only two things are infinite, the universe and human stupidity, and I'm not sure about the former.
