If someone doesn't actively want to post click-bait, I don't see why this rule should bother them or even be a concern. And why would you want to post click-bait on this discussion board? This is not BuzzFeed or 4chan

Why do we even have this rule when people don't even report threads for being click baity? Seems to me some admins just didn't like it and made up a rule to suit themselves.

I absolutely agree about the click bait rule, but we lost a valued member for all the wrong reasons.
We got grid of the baby with the bath water. Min's posts were informative and made in good spirit. No one complained about them.

If he didn't like it he could've talked about it. Leaving like that was his decision. It's not like he is being forced to not discuss or share his views. Is posting sensible titles that hard?
