Is it strange that I consider him something of a muse, given that, I frequently go back to him when looking for a great villain (or at least deeply shady character) to write for my stories?

Javier Bardem as Anton Chigurh in No Country for Old Men. But Christoph Watlz is hands down better as you say. A superb thespian as it were. I especially thought him perfectly suited for the role of Hans Landa. Love Tarantino movies; rarely predictable.
