Three of my four wives were believers, it never got in the way. They went to church if they wanted to, knew I wasn't interested.

Finding a nonreligious S/O
|
When I was on match. com awhile back, I specified myself as "atheist". I met at least one interesting guy that way - some ex-TV reporter from the Pacific Northwest. He was looking for an atheist too.
Meetup groups are a great idea too.
.
I realize it may not be universally applicable, but I met my atheist wife in a physics library.
The fool hath said in his heart, There is a God. They are corrupt, they have done abominable works, there is none that doeth good.

If you start burning bibles in public, I'm sure you'll meet some interesting people. This especially applies to the south.
It's strange because I feel like most of my friends and people I surround myself with are nonbelievers.
Honestly, there's probably a way to find out if a girl is religious pretty quickly. Talking about "the big questions" is usually a pretty surefire way. If you can find away to even talk about space or the universe itself... most religious people will probably just show through their word usage that they think there is "something out there," like an intelligent creator. I've heard plenty of people say they've used that Meetup website. If you ever go chill in coffee shops you could maybe take a Richard Dawkins or Sam Harris book. I barely read in public but a few times I've had randoms strike up conversation with me about what I was reading, which is always cool. I actually ended up hooking up with a girl who saw me reading Sex At Dawn by Christopher Ryan in a local coffee shop in my area. Not sure if she was an atheist but it can happen!
“Love is the only bow on Life’s dark cloud. It is the morning and the evening star. It shines upon the babe, and sheds its radiance on the quiet tomb. It is the mother of art, inspirer of poet, patriot and philosopher.
It is the air and light of every heart – builder of every home, kindler of every fire on every hearth. It was the first to dream of immortality. It fills the world with melody – for music is the voice of love. Love is the magician, the enchanter, that changes worthless things to Joy, and makes royal kings and queens of common clay. It is the perfume of that wondrous flower, the heart, and without that sacred passion, that divine swoon, we are less than beasts; but with it, earth is heaven, and we are gods.” - Robert. G. Ingersoll
Join an atheist/secularist group. There should be someone you like there.

Being told you're delusional does not necessarily mean you're mental.
Before this last year, I'd never fallen in love with a non-believer; I'd lived with, dated, and corrupted women of several different faiths. As long as she doesn't trip on it, I won't either.
To my knowledge, I've never slept with another atheist; my current gf is an ex-Baha'i 'Somethingist'.
OK Cupid has an interesting search feature: you can describe what kind of person you're looking for within a certain area, including looking for atheists. I confess, I misused the feature. I used it to contact a lot of people to tell them about my atheist Meetup. Shameless plug here: fsmidlands.org
I'm not anti-Christian. I'm anti-stupid.
