Nope no autocratic tendencies here .No desire to be a dictator at  all. Clearly this is yet another conspiracy by all those insane democrats. And if Obama had done this during the tea party years Republicans would not be screaming bloody murder about how despotic this looks . Oh but Bernie sanders payed some lower taxes( despite he and Obama's attempts to fix the tax system) so were the hypocrites apparently .
