Yes why?

"Ironically like the nativist far-Right, which despises multiculturalism, but benefits from its ideas of difference to scapegoat the other and to promote its own white identity politics; these postmodernists, leftists, feminists and liberals also use multiculturalism, to side with the oppressor, by demanding respect and tolerance for oppression characterised as 'difference', no matter how intolerable." - Maryam Namazie

No, I'm English.
At the age of five, Skagra decided emphatically that God did not exist. This revelation tends to make most people in the universe who have it react in one of two ways - with relief or with despair. Only Skagra responded to it by thinking, 'Wait a second. That means there's a situation vacant.'

Been thinking about trying to trace my 'birth grandparents' (my dad is adopted) and can't get the necessary details from him to trace via the usual agencies so looking at getting on a genetics database somehow. And Hammy, yes I'm british (afaik), but can't vote on tapatalk.
In my heart I'm a bit British sometimes.
The fool hath said in his heart, There is a God. They are corrupt, they have done abominable works, there is none that doeth good.

To date, family genealogy implicates Irish, Scotts, English, Austria, France and Germany (we're mutts!) and I'm anticipating a 'surprise'. We found an ancestor with an interesting first name, and no further 'pedigree'. If my suspicion is true, it might explain my affinity for an old boyfriend and my tolerance for his contrary nature. LOL, maybe we're related . . . . The granting of a pardon is an imputation of guilt, and the acceptance a confession of it.
I have the gardening bug and have been drinking PG tips long enough to qualify. Put me down as an expatriate several generations removed.
I took the question literally. As in, "Are you a Briton?"Actually most of my lineage I know about goes back to present day UK.
Is that Malcolm McDowell?

Don't worry, my friend. If this be the end, then so shall it be. |
