I'm predominantly English/Irish/Scottish with, believe it or not, a tiny amount of NZ Maori and a dab of Asian (which probably explains why people keep asking me if I'm Asian, as, apparently, I have some Asian features).
I think we're all mutts.
Anyone who isn't is likely from a line of Biblical level inbreeding.

Yeah, the idea of a human pedigree is silly. Shame that even a world war doesn't seem to erase it from the human psyche.

Well let's see, here's the recipe of me...Italian mostly. Then add half a cup of Polish with a quarter teaspoon of Welsh and English thrown in for flavor.

Since there seems to be some interest around here in genetic testing I'll go ahead and post the rest of what they told me so you can see what kind of information you get. 23andMe also has a health analysis available, but I didn't pay for that service.
1. European - 98.7%. This includes:
A. Northwestern European - 93.8%
I. British & Irish - 53.6%
II. French & German - 6.2%
III. Scandinavian - 2.6%
IV. Broadly Northwestern European - 31.4%
B. Broadly Southern European - 2.7%
C. Broadly European - 2.3%

5. Unassigned - < 0.1% (According to my mom this is my alien DNA)
6. Haplogroups
A. My maternal Haplogroup is H.
B. My paternal Haplogroup is I-P109.
7. I have 252 Neanderthal variants which is less than 82% of 23andMe customers.
8. 1276 DNA relatives found. These were all at least 3rd cousins or more, and no one with a surname that I recognize from my family tree.
