Various ways of fighting climate change

Unlike scientists i don't see 400ppm as a permanent thing i see it as a challenge we can fix within our life times.
The way we are headed with deforestation and cutting down trees and such we must find a way to convert Co2 into breathable oxygen
our ocean does produce oxygen but you know we are kinda killing it with pollution. So here we go 
artificial photosynthesis using lasers. The problem here being we would need to set up large lasers grids on the other hand we would be better off with those "polluting"
the landscape. Now for the other idea i had is Co2 is literally free fuel we don't need to bother fracking anymore when we could literally turn Co2 into ethanol since we hit the 440ppm
we could literally make enough fuel from that to drop that so significantly within our life times so the idea of permanent carbon levels is complete laughing matter. There is materials now so in combination of a laser grid and this material that was created by people in California making oxygen and curbing climate change and reversing it is possible.

if anyone has any better ideas id like to read them. But most of this would only work if we stopped burning fossil fuels 
if anything id say hey lets work on making a better synthetic fuel that is better than gasoline but i am not all that good in the chemistry field
so anyone has a idea please do share.

The WLB thinks it is all a Chinese Hoax.  He would love for coal to be back polluting the air while pipelines drip oil across the midwest.  As with an alcoholic you first have to get them to admit their problem and want help.  The WLB is no where near that stage.

China is actually starting to move to renewable energy same with the middle east a good portion of the world is.
The problem now is getting our lazy asses to stop using it and i already said this in various places don't wait for the government 
to start getting us off of gasoline. Anyone can make bio fuel and use that in their cars instead of gasoline. Used cooking oil better and 
cleaner source of fuel than to burn gasoline. So yeah making bio fuel cheaper than gasoline in the long run better on the environment.
Also in China i am surprised they haven't done that with all that oil they throw away i would have made a killing turning it into fuel.

I also find the idea of climate change not impossible to fix i mean hell think about it.
hundreds of years ago we said we would never fly and eventually we did.
then we never go into space and you know what we did.
for us to say 400ppm is permanent and cannot be fixed is ridiculous because were humans we will always find a solution to the problem at hand
the faster we treat his like a WW2 issue the better we are in the long run. Because if we don't fix this now or even bother to
there is no future really speak of. And our scientists really need to start speaking out and getting people scared about the future.

Well, the CO2 plan is right out. Sure, you don't dump a load of carbon into the air, but burning ethanol produces aldehydes (quite a lot of them) and breathing aldehydes is like really, tremendously bad for you. Inhaling much less than one part per million of formaldehyde is going to make you want to lie down.

1) Major world leaders are committed and dedicated.
2) Major corporations are committed and dedicated.
3) The majority of consumers are committed and dedicated.

As of today, we have 0/3. And these are the basic necessities just for slowing it down; reversing the damages already done will take a whole lot more. Basically: We're screwed. And we've got nobody to blame but ourselves, our stupidity and our greed.

The majority of the scientific community  needs to speak out and say it is a human level extinct event issue that is the only way to get people to listen.
We are already heading down that road and humanity won't have a future only because greed.
