Found an awesome app called Fooducate. It's like LoseIt, which I use as often as I'm on the wagon, but it has grades for the food you eat. You just scan the barcode and it gives you a grade. I think I might find this helpful when I'm shopping. Maybe I'll make sure everything I get is a C+ and up. Later, losers.

Today's breakfast: blueberries on peanut butter toast and 2 ounces of fat free turkey breast.

Oh! I forgot to share. I lost two pounds. I have doctors appointments almost every week. I take advantage of that to see if I made any progress. Two pounds. At least I didn't gain. Heh

mother's day is pretty fattening for me, especially with the family having gathered here and the kitchen shut down... too much junk food and I can't say no.. uggh... weeks worth of effort down the drain in a single day
