Also I have been trying to up my water intake and it is hard. I'm not drinking other liquids I'm just not wanting as much water as google says I should have. I need 96 oz since I am breastfeeding and I feel like I'm constantly going to explode from water intake. On the plus side my milk levels have gone up which is the whole point of me doing this.

I LOVE cucumbers in my water! I cut a few up and put them in the freezer and pull two or three pieces out a day for my water.

Congratulations, I know how good that feels. Hey lets go out and celebrate. I'm buying the first round of sundaes!

Except I don't know if I'm well enough to work out. Plus I can only get to a decent grocery store once a week and food will run out fast if I bump my calories now.
But 199.2 lbs Whooo! %3-4 Bodyfat and 24.2 pounds left to go!
I strongly recommend getting a stationary bike and using that for exercise for a while. I hadn't done any cardio challenging exercise in years, but by using the bike I've been able to get sweaty and go hard without doing my knees any harm. In fact I'm pretty sure it is strengthening my bum knee. Being older doing the weight lifting has been good too, and I've never lifted before.
How tall are you IA? Do you have a notion of what you'd like your ultimate weight to be? I'm just over 5' 11" now and my best guess of where I ought to end up is 175 lb. I'm still hovering around the high 180's in maintenance mode thanks to the exercise. And the exercise has given me a lot more energy too.
Edited because I just realized your target weight is also 175 lb. Where are you located anyhow? If we had the opportunity we should get a photo of us both at 175 some day.

I put out a big clear container with filtered water, ice and sliced meyer lemons at our annual party on Sunday. It was all drunk. I also made a big dispenser of unsweetened iced tea and there was a lot of wine between what I put out and what people brought. I think people really appreciated having a cool drink on a warm day that didn't have calories.
Funny but I find myself having to remember to drink water now. I've always drunk a lot of water until recently, now I just don't feel the thirst that much directly. Weird.

Sure, that would be much better than fruit juices. But my teeth are getting desperate at this point.

I'm in northeast Ohio. Like really shitty rural northeast Ohio.
It's a town (officially city)called Conneaut. Somehow it has the second highest population in the county. That shows how depressed the area is. But yeah, that would definitely be cool.
I'm probably about an inch shorter than You at 5'10.5''
I always round up to 5'11''
I do have a stationary bike and stair stepping platform. The platform also comes in handy for using angles to adjust resistance with calisthenics. Lately I've been mainly using the stationary bike due to not feeling %100 and the high energy cost of stair stepping.

We've discussed this darlin, it depends on the fruit. Lemons and lime yes, strawberries should be okay though.

(Poca, actually those look pretty close to what I was using until I broke the damn thing lol)
Oh yes. It's only really citrus fruits that are acidic.... but other fruits are still sugary and I am also having to avoid sugary foods and drinks because of my gums. Sorry I forgot to mention that.

All four of those things are bad for your health and your weight. Fruit is OK, but fruit juice has been stripped of all if it's beneficial stuff (fiber) and has the worst possible sugar in it for your health (fructose).
Cutting as much sugar as possible and reducing your carbohydrate intake will really help.
Oh wow! I knew fruit juice wasn't as healthy as actual fruits but I had absolutely no idea it was that bad for me! Thanks!
I'm especially surprised about fructose being so bad for you! What is it about fructose that is worse than say, glucose or sucrose?

I'm down about 8 pounds in two weeks now. Might be over two weeks. I'm not paying that close attention. The system definitely works. Every now and then, I sneak a bite of something of Tibs' plate or substitute a plan snack with something a little cheeky, but other than that, I'm right on track. Sick of vegetables, though.

Substitute veggies for a delicious fruit once in a while.
