So I'm mostly a free man again. Opened my garden to the public for charity on Saturday so my ordeal is over. I pretty nearly completed every project I'd ever let go and a few more besides. This photo is a little embarrassing. I always assumed I had a dynamic bubble butt. Turns out I have none at all if this candid photo Lia took that day is accurate. As you can see it was pretty overcast that day but I did take some photos yesterday (Sunday) morning in better light.

Seems to me if I'd held myself to the standard of care I've given it this time, I'd have given up gardening a long time ago. I am fortunate to have the disposition to be a "relaxed gardener". I'm really not naturally fussy. In fact I told them they could come again in two years and I think I may try to take a different approach and let nature win a bit more than it is here. I've bent her over double, put a corset on her and made her wear the make up of my choosing. I'm usually more considerate partner than that.
