So I ran a 10K (6.2 miles) over the weekend. Managed it in one go, finished at 1 hour, 2 minutes and 53 seconds.

Shaved my beard off before hand, as it's gotten real long and I looked like an deep-sea fisherman or something, and it was raining on the race day itself, so I'm a bit soggy in the other picture  Blush
