I like winter, but autumn is my favorite. So looking at those pumpkins... I miss it now.
61cm... *sigh*, maths. Let's see 61 divided by 2... carry the 3... square root... = potato!!

*coughIhadtoGoogleitcough!*
When I was young, there was a god with infinite power protecting me. Is there anyone else who felt that way? And was sure about it? but the first time I fell in love, I was thrown down - or maybe I broke free - and I bade farewell to God and became human. Now I don't have God's protection, and I walk on the ground without wings, but I don't regret this hardship. I want to live as a person. -Arina Tanemura

Google it: "61 cm to in"
Roughly, 2.5cm for each inch.... 5cm = 2 in.... 50 cm = 20in, 10cm=4in, 60cm = 24in
Also... roughly 30.5cm for one foot.... so 61cm = 2ft
Seriously, why do you guys still use that backwards unit system?
It's not decimal, not hexadecimal, not heximal (base 6), not duodecimal (base 12), not anything that makes sense!!
Not even you guys can mentally convert feet into miles!

Oh you two sillies...
I was just being a smart ass. I might be 'Murican, but I'm not that stupid about metrics.

No? There are 3ft to the yard and 1760 yards in a mile. What's not to get?

That's because we Mericans just memorize how many feet are in a mile. 5280ft, btw.
On a side note, thank you! you just gave me my introduction into the metric system which I have exactly six months to learn among other things.. Australia seems to be using the logical unit system as well
If I were to create self aware beings knowing fully what they would do in their lifetimes, I sure wouldn't create a HELL for the majority of them to live in infinitely! That's not Love, that's sadistic. Therefore a truly loving god does not exist!
Quote:The sin is against an infinite being (God) unforgiven infinitely, therefore the punishment is infinite.
Dead wrong. The actions of a finite being measured against an infinite one are infinitesimal and therefore merit infinitesimal punishment.
Quote:Some people deserve hell.
I say again: No exceptions. Punishment should be equal to the crime, not in excess of it. As soon as the punishment is greater than the crime, the punisher is in the wrong.

The reverse is also true when Aussies are using UK or USA recipies, patterns or trying to get an understanding of just how fast or far some thing is from those countries.
You get used to it MissL
Just googled 'Amigurumi' Awesome! Got some little ones I can do for.
