You need an official graphic for speed bumps. I didn't even know what one was until it came up in the Lair. The nature of moderator actions benefits from clarity, visibility, and transparency. The blue mod notes are obvious indicators. Maybe, lacking a graphic, post an empty or minimal post (perhaps just words like "Moderator Notice."), and then mod note your own post so it shows up in the eye catching blue box. Something to make it more distinctive and noticeable.

I notice your eyebrows seem asymmetrical, and there appears to be some asymmetry to eye height as well, but it's hard to nail down the exact cause. Maybe wearing glasses with larger lenses might offset the effect. It's not unpleasant, nonetheless. You are a striking woman.
