Use a photo hosting site such as Photobucket. They will give you a URL or a link that you can then copy to your post here. When posting an image, use the [ IMG ] [ /IMG] tags either side of the link, without the spaces.
It sounds complicated but it becomes second nature once you do it a few times 
I'm not really that computer savvy yet, but I will give it a whirl.
