LP, if you haven't reported it to the authorities, I think that you should Other people will likely be losing their pets, too; plus, wild animals will eat it and in turn be eaten, potentially leaving a trail of dead animals. I found another person whos dog also died like that. We have made a complaint on the police. I also alerted this on local facebook groups and animal associations.

Haha, that would be an interesting title for the painting. The man is the artist's father (I can't remember the actual title lol). It was taken down recently for restoration - for awhile there was just a blank wall behind me.
