I tried something similar, only it was Squirrels that I was feeding on my front porch until they got into a big fight and one ran up my pant leg and jumped into my lap to get away from the other Squirrels. Now, when I want to get up close with nature, I just open the front door and throw food out to them.

I was at a Scout camp giving a Range Officer training course, when I had to call a cease fire, due to mule deer crossing the range. FBI and a lot of local police use that range (as well as Boy Scouts), so the deer are used to the sound of gunfire. That was one tough call, because I really love venison. The deer went on their way, uneaten. I agree with KittyAnn, you like like a holdover from the '60s in that getup. Tongue

It was at a friend's Halloween party this past year and I was dressed as a hippy. Joods requested that I post pics of me in my costume here, but I'm just now getting around to it.
