So I'm the opposite of a green thumb, I kill shit by just looking at it. A customer got me this plant a few years ago and I amazed myself by keeping it alive. Granted it never bloomed again but it was alive and that counts lol. Recently I was gone from work for nearly two months and my co-workers kept it alive but now it seems to be dying. I don't even know why it's doing this but I'm pretty sure it's a skill to get a plant to get slimy and dry at the same time. Lol

It looks as though repotting it might stand a chance of reinvigorating it. That plant appears to have well outgrown it's digs.
Just a guess, though.

My wife loves to have all kinds of planted stuff, but does exactly zip point shit for the maintenance thereof, so plant death is inevitable. I don't care to do any gardening, ever. So, the yards look like shit. Especially the back yard, where the dogs drop off their thanks for getting fed.  I won't grace anyone here with what that looks like. I have two moochasaurus sons who get to take care of that little detail. Cool I told my wife-to-be that I wasn't the gardening type 37+ years ago, and that if she wanted a green front yard, that it would be concrete. Then I got all hypno-suburbanized. Dodgy
If you get to thinking you’re a person of some influence, try ordering somebody else’s dog around.

Hey, plants in pots are vulnerable.  You did good, kiddo. Oops. I see that didn't last forever. Oh well. I've mulched many a plant, some multiple times before getting it right.

But indoor plants have no chance with me. They all die. But put them in the ground outside and suddenly I have a fighting chance. That's my best suggestion. If you insist on growing indoor plants you'll have to find someone who knows about that. Sorry.

You'll get back there, CM. I've never had cancer, but the experience with my son's mother has taught me that a fighting spirit -- alongside good medical practice -- can deliver recovery, both physical and emotional. Stay strong, hon.

The kid has an alarm for when she needs something, those pesky plants just sit there silently dying, not telling anyone. Although the kid isn't eating or sleeping much right now and I'm not exactly sure why. I think she is too congested and can't breath while eating/sleeping on her back. She goes in for a check up soon and I reckon I can ask then. She still seems happy and healthy otherwise. Damn these things for not being able to talk ;p

Have you tried growing San Pedro cactus? Maybe some Sage of the Diviners?

Finished up another hat. This color is hard to photograph, especially with a crappy phone camera. It's actually darker and more brown...

The hat's actual color
