Well, I know quite a few Uyghurs, and well, they look rather very different from the Chinese(Han or Hui). Some of them have the Sughdag or Sart look, yes, very much like the Usbeks.
They are one of the oldest Turkish tribes out there.
Have you ever visited the Eastern Turkestan region?

I'd like to travel to Uzbekistan and the surrounding countries in the future, I just need to do extensive planning for that. XinJiangRen just means people from the XinJiang province of China.
