If you could enact laws into action to change society

If you could enact laws into action to change society
Imagine that you have the power to ensure three laws are passed for all of the world.

What are those laws?

Personally, for me:

1 - Each woman may be allowed to only give birth to one child.
2 - College is free, but one must also maintain at least a part-time job while attending higher education.
3 - Each individual earns the same amount of money per week despite his job.

I would make it 2 children, but I'm with you one 1. Some amendments, like 2 lving children. Miscarriages or stillbirths wouldn't count, etc.

2. I agree with. Making people work part time is kind of funny, though. It can severely damage the education, as focus is split. I'd make 2 years (associates) straight up free, as long as a degree was selected and stuck with. Changes in degrees would have some cost. 4 years and up would have some cost, much, much less than they are now.

3. That's silly. You think someone who learns to perform heart surgery should earn the same as a gas station attendant? That's crazy, lol. I think the income gap is far out of control, but some more difficult jobs require a financial incentive or people won't spend their lives learning to do them, or in some cases, the risk isn't worth the reward.

Get rid of Citizens United first off. Have a safety cut off for district map making.

It is not silly at all.

What is silly is the greed that exists in this world.

If people truly care about other people, they take care of them without any kind of incentive.

1. Wednesday is canceled. Forever. It's the worst day of the week and we're not doing it anymore.
2. Everyone is required to talk about their feelings because communication can fix a lot of stuff.
3. 'Live and let live' is passed as an actual law.

If you had given me a fourth option, I would've gone for 'Vic bears no responsibility for anything ever', but oh well.

Vote for me yo!

1.  What if the last woman aligible to give a birth gives birth to a boy?
2.  Given 3, why would most people bother with 2?
3.  Talking about perverse incentives.

If people truly care about other people, they take care of them without any kind of incentive.

Greed is the main reason why it is possible to construct a system where people can be somewhat motivated to produce the services and goods that are of the most value to the society, rather than just produce those goods and services which are the least demanding to produce.

1) masculine, hunky, good looking, sexy manly mens get tax breaks if they're gay

2) especially it they are attracted to me

3) and if they are greasy pig bottoms

That's ridiculous, and way too authoritarian for my liking. It also wouldn't help with the extremely low birth rates either. We should be encouraging people to have more children.

So, someone who flips burgers at McDonalds should earn the same amount as a doctor, or the other way around? Either way, no thank you.

That could be a new thread in and of itself. I'd be curious to hear more.

I guess for me, three might be:

1. Death penalty an option for murder and for rape, but nothing else.

2. Euthanasia available for those with severe mobility impairments.

3. Chain gangs everywhere. I almost said all prisoners in solitary, but frankly, I feel like I'd prefer solitary.

My laws would neutralize other laws :

1: Laws against marijuana are forbidden.

2: Laws restricting sexual activity and all varieties of marriage between consenting adults are forbidden.

3: Laws which restrict free thought and expression of ideas are forbidden.
