Episode 3 of the new season of The Handmaid's Tale was quite boring.  I think it's one of those setup sort of episodes.  If the next one doesn't keep my attention, I think I am done.  This season is overall disappointing though there is one character I would like to see get what they deserve.

Back to Netflix

Dahmer - Monster: The Jeffrey Dahmer Story
Quote:Story of the Milwaukee Monster told from the perspective of the victims and police incompetency that allowed the Wisconsin native to go on a multiyear killing spree.

Right from the beginning, two things are different with Dahmer than what I would expect from a serial killer.

I watched a new Ken Burns docu-series The US and the Holocaust, and I really hurried with watching so that I see it before OLB does.

You can watch it for free

teachings of the Bible are so muddled and self-contradictory that it was possible for Christians to happily burn heretics alive for five long centuries. It was even possible for the most venerated patriarchs of the Church, like St. Augustine and St. Thomas Aquinas, to conclude that heretics should be tortured (Augustine) or killed outright (Aquinas). Martin Luther and John Calvin advocated the wholesale murder of heretics, apostates, Jews, and witches. - Sam Harris, "Letter To A Christian Nation"

Never saw How I Met Your Mother (the boyfriend was a fan of this show, though).

So I'm going to check out How I Met Your Father

Never mind, that's not available and I'm going to bed. I'll figure out what to watch next at a later time.

Just watched the new episode of HoD. Pretty brutal stuff going on. It will be interesting to see where things go next.

QaF canceled after one season

My response:
Saw that coming, they butchered the show.

My favorite response:
It was bleak, unwatchable and seemed like it was written by the angriest, hyper-woke segment of Twitter- it lacked the joy and cheek of the 2 previous iterations
