I see that Amazon has started production of a series version of The Magnificent Seven. This is desperately needed, as all we currently have is the original, the remake, the three sequels of the remake, the film reboot of the remake, and the other television series based on the remake.

Originality may not be entirely dead, but it's certainly coughing up blood.

These Lucifer episodes don't always follow a linear timeline. So sometimes I'm confused. Like last episode, Chloe saw Lucifer's devil face, and now no follow up on that in the next episode.

I was warned the show went off the deep end, but what a way to do it...

Season six of Workin' Moms.

Thought I'd seen it already, but I guess not.

I seem to remember an out-of-order episode there (or maybe one that occurred at a previous time).

I gave up after season 4, and am trying to rewatch them, to see if I can get back into things.  I think it started to go downhill after season 3, and I'm not sure I will succeed at getting through all 6.

^^ Finishing the last episode before getting ready for work this evening.

Abbott finally got what he deserved.

And now to wait forever to see if it is renewed for a third season.

I am currently watching a German mini-series "Sam - A Saxon" (2023) about the first black guy in the German police force.
teachings of the Bible are so muddled and self-contradictory that it was possible for Christians to happily burn heretics alive for five long centuries. It was even possible for the most venerated patriarchs of the Church, like St. Augustine and St. Thomas Aquinas, to conclude that heretics should be tortured (Augustine) or killed outright (Aquinas). Martin Luther and John Calvin advocated the wholesale murder of heretics, apostates, Jews, and witches. - Sam Harris, "Letter To A Christian Nation"

Poker Face

Quote:Charlie has an extraordinary ability to determine when someone is lying. She hits the road with her Plymouth Barracuda and with every stop encounters a new cast of characters and strange crimes she can't help but investigate and solve.

The show is made much better due to the amazing actress Natasha Lyonne.
