Nick Foles is one to watch for sure. Who was the guy who caught that first big catch for the Eagles? That guy had ups like a motherfucker.

Was it it just me, or did Justin's mic seem low too much of the time? It was an ok halftime show, but I thought his mic was low.
Now while I understand nobody likes to lose, some of Bill's comments made me go, "WTF?" The Pats to me anyway, still played a great game, it is just that the Eagles made one or two more key plays at the right time. 1,100 yards collectively by both teams most in any game regular or playoff or Super Bowl. Sorry Bill, yea it sucks, but please don't try to claim you didn't play a great game. Even with your loss, NE has done more under you than any other team in Super Bowl history. NE fans, and Bill , you have NOTHING to be ashamed of. Sometimes you lose and that happens in sports. RE: NFL 2017 Pick'em League!

I am sorry Tibs, I do feel bad for you, as a fan, I know what it is like myself to watch the Skins lose the Super Bowl too, but funny is funny.
But the memes are out now. Cant get the link to work, but it is a picture of Brady's attempt to catch that pass he dropped, but instead they photoshopped the Lombardy Trophy in the football's place. OUCH!
Meh, no sore losers here. We pick up and move on.
Bill had that loss coming if he benched Butler for anything short of a really good reason.
The Malcolm Butler benching didn't appear to make any sense unless there were actual football related reasons behind it. I've heard rumors like he still had the flu, he was late back to the hotel, he was caught with weed, etc. Bellichick says it wasn't a disciplinary issue, so no clue. He wasn't playing well this season, but he was certainly playing better than most of the other CBs, and was generally good at tackling, could have prevented some of those 3rd downs.
Even after the mess on defense, the game was winnable for the Patriots, but the Eagles made a hell of a defensive play with the strip sack. That's on our O-line, but I can't blame them because they held the Eagles back all game. I can't blame Brady either, he threw for 505 yards, 3 TDs, 0 INTS. One more defensive stop was what we needed, and we couldn't get that.
I mean, it would have been cool if he didn't drop the ball, but I don't blame him either. Losing at the Super Bowl isn't that big of a deal to me. Getting there is a win in and of itself. Then again, I'm a notoriously sympathetic sports fan. You're always scolding me for feeling bad for/complimenting the opposing team.

I agree, back when the Bills went 4 years in a row and people kicked on them, all I could think was, how many 4 repeats are there win or lose? I am sure Kelly didn't like losing 4 in a row, but that is still damned good win or lose.
I think if anything, this season showed that Brady is still playing well, and can play well with a number of his top receivers out (Edelman, Gronk, Cooks, etc.). The team needs to focus on defense in the draft, maybe grab a 2nd/3rd round QB as Brady's replacement.
Turning to the Eagles for a moment, where does Nick Foles go? He likely won't stay with the Eagles as a backup. I could see the Browns making an offer for him.
