Kim Jong Un - Rich asshole with bad hair competent enough to maintain a dictatorship while keeping his nation impoverished and ignorant of the world around them.
Putin- Powerful asshole with the competence to keep the KGB in power since 1991.
Xi Jinping- Competent enough to maintain N Korea as a monster guarding the Chinese gates. Keep an economic powerhouse like S Korea from enriching Chinese borderlands.
