It would probably be a better ending than what they have to look forward to know. Or.... a minor boom in the right spot would turn the people against their government. It's not like I recommended nuking them all. Where's your mind at?

Well if people are going to bomb shit; best to at least be on the side of the bombers regardless of your politics. Tears don't shield shrapnel so well. I've been to South Korea a few times. You won't see too many North Koreans backing the standing regime once they get a flimsy glimps at the possibility that they may not have to.
Bombs would help them more than hurt to be honest.
