If the royal parasite is trying to increase her living allowance and avoid the bedroom tax then someone should tell her that Buckingham Palace has 240 rooms, children under 16 are expected to share and the British government consider a third child to be a luxury (that is unless you can demonstrate that it was a product of rape).
I hope for their sakes the child is healthy and happy.
