I'm a little baffled that there's even a question here. Seeing two potential partners working each other into a high state of excitement? Mix and match to meet one's own preferences and there you go.

I'd watch two adults of any mixture make out and enjoy it if they were doing it in a way that revved my engine. I don't have a specific recipe for porn or fantasy enjoyment, but I'm strictly straight IRL.
I think the short answer is that people love sex and things that make them think of sex. 
I believe because there is no man involved. So you can enjoy seeing women in the sexual act without having to see another man.
There are many factors. I believe it is because you will powerful sleeping with multiple women. Like you are successful/good looking enough to sleep with 2 women at the same time. Also, some men may feel inferior looking at other men having sex, depending on self steem, etc. There is a thing called "Futanari". Women with penises. You can enjoy penetration without looking at a mans ass. They do not exist IRL though. Do not confuse them with shemales. The real ones tend to be dykey and unattractive, whereas the porn ones tend to be nice looking and feminine. I can watch 2 girls doing porn and like it, but if I see two dykey real lesbians messing around I find it disgusting. Also it's irritating to see two girls messing around just to get attention, even if they're good looking. Another thing is that I like to see two girls fucking around for my entertainment as opposed to any other reason.
