The atheists catch 22 situation.

You GOD the world like you water the lawn,  A verb.  You just got GODDED Cyberman...

So GODding is using a hose, or a watering can? Maybe a sprinkler? Then I was accurate.

Regardless, I'm still waiting for a citation.
At the age of five, Skagra decided emphatically that God did not exist.  This revelation tends to make most people in the universe who have it react in one of two ways - with relief or with despair.  Only Skagra responded to it by thinking, 'Wait a second.  That means there's a situation vacant.'

I don't know about most. I suppose that may happen frequently if we look at discussions on the matter of the existence of God that involve both believers and disbelievers.

I suspect that you may be overestimating the importance of "knowing for sure" among us atheists.

Isn't it a catch 22 situation?
On one hand atheists would like to get evidence but at the same time they keep the door shut so how can God
enter?

I guess you guy never thought about it, did you?  Bird

I actually did. But it is not something that takes any sleep from me. I am an apatheist.

The sprinkler is Aquarius carrying the water bucket sprinkling water on GODs living seed.  A hose is to long and tends to kink when evil is around...

Right, so we have a definition of the verb 'to GOD' that we agree upon. Apart from your twice failing to provide a citation, I'm not seeing any point of contention between us.

I won't hold my breath waiting for a testable citation for your subsequent assertions. I have already foreseen that none is forthcoming.

Hold on - wait, what? Now you're using the verb 'GOD' as a noun again? Granted that a lot of words can be both, but you specified that this particular word is a verb; otherwise I would have expected you to make clear the conjunction. I'm starting to get the impression that even you don't know what you're talking about.

Actually APATHEISTS these days are the majority.
They are not real atheists because a real atheist keep a firm belief in his-her mind that God does not exist.

Apatheists on the other hand wouldn't care less whether God exist or not although they may think that God does not exist.

When I go in the shopping center I can feel that most of the people main attraction is pure materialism.
In their mind there is no place for any mystic God.
Their God are the material things.
My guess is that these days 90% of people are Apatheists.  Lightbulb

Pulling bullshit definitions out of his ass since 2013!

Look, I know you;ve heard this before, so I don't really expect it to penetrate, but I'll try.  Atheist just means to lack belief in God. No to hold any firm positive belief, though some also do that.

You are describing strong and weak atheism, but it's all still atheism.  Lack in God for any reason at all?  That's not apathy, that is atheism.

Now there are whole other spectrums of belief and behavior that theists often conflate.  The spiritual, the supernatural, religiosity, etc.  People can believe in supernatural, be non materialistic, and still be an atheist.

And that makes us not-real atheists how?

Although p.S. I do understand that the growing nones includes many apatheists, and is not all atheists. It is more a measure of religiosity than it is of theism/atheism.
Doesn't excuse the incorrect understanding of atheism.
