They are not celebrating.. they are trying to kill the devil.. and sometimes women... its all same to them though..
Halloween sounds like fun by the way. Unfortunately we dont have such activities.. we have eid ul-adha(sacrifice feast) you can watch people slaughtering sheeps and cows... Its horible enough though.. so we dont need halloween..
