Australian Football JK, I actually like American Football from the games I've seen). I much prefer rugby to football... cos they actually score points and not just once in a blue moon (this recent 5-0 victory excepted of course.. but usually you're lucky if you get 0-1 in football ) So what's blood bowl then?
Australia has Aussie Rules. It's about as entertaining as two snails racing...
Blood Bowl is a sport I invented.
It's kind of a mix of rugby and ice hockey with razor sharp sticks and shuriken...
I assume you mean rugby with aussie rules (not football)? Is that something like the difference between rugby league and rugby union... if you have that over there? It's been a very long time since I last watched rugby so I can't remember the exact difference, but I know I massively preferred one over the other... one, the one I didn't like, was always stopping and starting... a bit like American football in that regard... but the other, the one I did like, was brutal and rarely stopped and started, regardless of how many people piled on top of each other. Anyway, sorry about this... as you can see I'm a bit of a troglodyte when it comes to sport... the closest I usually get to 'sport' is snooker Or tennis at a pinch.
As for blood bowl... shuriken... that's a word I haven't heard in a long time. Makes me think of Revenge of Shinobi, a game on the Megadrive. So yeah, that would certainly make for an interesting game

Day two...
Three matches
Egypt - Uruguay (0-1)
Morocco - Iran (0-1)
Porygalia - Spain (3-3)
I didn't see the first match because I was at work but I would be cheering for Uruguay so I'm happy that they won, I like South American football.
The second match, it was a spectacle and I regret a bit that Morocco lost because they really played well ... only this an own goal ..meh
Well, the third match was my favorite. I waited for it all day and it was worth a good spectacle, a good ball only too much fouls ...
Both team played well, Ronaldo scored three goals so we can say the spectacle belonged to him. His last goal was beatutiful.. we call that in top corner.
I supported Portugal ... you know why hehe ... though I don't like Ronaldo

Egypt will blame the loss on Salah's recent troubles, I'm sure.
Everybody hates Ronaldo -_- and I think he's an arrogant talented ass. Too bad he weighs a whole team by himself

I did inspire you with my "Groin Ball" sport, did I?
The goal is the groins of the other team. You kick footballs stuffed with sharp spikes at them. It's a cheap sport, because the sharp spiky fragments can be manufactured at home.

I haven't been paying attention. How's the US doing?

Day third...
Four matches and I watched only three
The first one of them was France - Australia (2-1) I didn't see this match ... but i'm sure was good.
The second match was Argentina - Iceland (1-1), a good match, full of action but it wasn't the match of Messi... The match itself was good, fast ... so the result is good though I wanted Iceland to win
Third match Peru-Denmark (0_1) strange match...
And finally the match Croatia-Nigeria (2-0) .. a good, balanced match and Croatia won deservedly....
The best match was Argentina - Iceland ... although Messi didn't play well and lost the penalty, but the match was good and let everyone regret who hasn't seen it

Day fourth...
Three matches and still one match before me... for now i watched two of them
The first one of them was Costa Rica- Serbia(0-1) a good match, full of action but something was missing.. The first half belonged to Costa Rica but they didn't take advantage of it. In the second half Serbia was more confident and scored the decisive goal. This was a game of effectiveness and accuracy, which Costa Rica missed ... Their attackers were blocked in the second half quite effectively and didn't create enough opportunities to score.... and it's a pity....anyway the match itself was good, fast for both team but Serbia was a bit better ... and the result could be higher for Serbia but is good.. though I wanted Costa Rica to win.
The second match Germany-Mexico (0:1) very good match i love to watch the spectacle like this, just amazing. Mexico was like a torpedo... The Germans tried until the final minutes to turn this game, but despite all their possessions and efforts, they lacked the chance to create opportunities. But that allowed the Mexican to sit deeply after the break and defend the slim advantage they gained from a strong counterattack in the first half. Even if the other half belong to Germany, thanks to the great defensive game of Mexico, they finally won!
The third match Brasil -Swiss (.....) Still before me...
